Setting a new standard for transit customer experience

Reflexions and MARTA teamed up to deliver a combination of web-based rider tools and a new native mobile app to better serve MARTA riders, including a surge of tourists in advance of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

The new MARTA mobile app, available for download in both the Apple App and Google Play stores, provides a foundation for MARTA's next-generation mobile app strategy, combining several existing legacy apps into a unified customer experience.

Rider tools are fully integrated with Open Trip Planner to deliver accurate real-time information

Integrated Rider Tools and Incident Reporting

At launch, MARTA's new suite of rider tools includes real-time status, arrival information, trip planning, service alerts, and support for multiple languages, along with a suite of incident reporting tools that allow anyone to report any issues encountered along their journal or connect directly with the MARTA Police Department.
